The new release of Speedflow's MediaCore Class 4 softswitch now comes with a useful Automatic Call Quality Testing Portal. The Autotester provides effective call quality analysis, helping to prevent revenue leakage and increase efficiency.
The Portal provides automate test call generation and analytical reporting. MediaCore users can perform the test either by supplier or by destination. Numbers for tests can be taken from CDR or added manually. Easy to use, the Portal helps to quickly detect FAS. The test results table displays all necessary information about calls. Audio files are available as recording of a whole conversation as well as RBT.
