I see it’s been a while since this was posted, but I just wanted to ask if anyone’s been using cloud-based solutions like Talkdesk or Aircall recently. I’m considering switching and curious if reliability and call quality still hold up under high volume. Also, has anyone tried integrating these with CRMs like HubSpot or Zoho? Would love to hear what worked or didn’t for you.

I switched to a cloud call center setup recently, and it’s made things a lot easier to manage. Call routing is faster, and agents can work from home without any issues. What I like most is how easy it is to scale during peak seasons without stressing about extra hardware.
